Refund Policies

REFUND POLICY

At NBASE Amin Survey Academy (“Academy”), admission processing, academic planning, registration procedures and operational arrangements begin immediately after enrollment. Therefore, applicants are advised to carefully review the course details before making any payment.

  1. ADMISSION FEE
    Admission fees paid for securing a seat or initiating admission processing are generally non-refundable once admission has been successfully processed.
  2. REGISTRATION & ADMINISTRATIVE FEES
    Registration fees, processing charges, document verification fees and administrative charges, if applicable, are non-refundable after successful processing.
  3. MONTHLY COURSE FEES
    Monthly fees already paid for a completed or ongoing academic period are generally non-refundable.
  4. DUPLICATE OR EXCESS PAYMENT
    If a student makes duplicate payment or accidentally pays excess amount, the Academy may review and adjust or refund such excess amount after verification and approval.
  5. CANCELLATION BY STUDENT
    If a student voluntarily withdraws, remains absent, discontinues classes, changes personal plans or becomes unable to continue the prog

ramme, refund shall not automatically apply.
  • REJECTION OR CANCELLATION OF ADMISSION
    Where admission is cancelled due to submission of false information, document mismatch, violation of Academy rules, misconduct or non-compliance with academic requirements, amounts already paid may not be refundable.
  • COURSE OR OPERATIONAL CHANGES
    The Academy reserves the right to revise schedules, faculty allocation, academic methods, class arrangement, operational structure, certification procedures or programme delivery where required. Such changes alone shall not automatically qualify for refund.
  • EXCEPTIONAL CASE REVIEW
    Special refund requests, if any, may be submitted in writing to the Academy Head Office and shall be reviewed individually at the sole discretion of the Academy.
  • PAYMENT GATEWAY & TRANSACTION CHARGES
    Applicable payment gateway charges, processing fees, taxes or banking deductions may be deducted where refund is approved.
  • CONTACT FOR REFUND REQUESTS
    Students must submit refund-related requests through official communication channels along with payment proof and supporting documents.
  • Submission of payment shall be considered acceptance of this Refund Policy.
