  1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
    By using this website and/or applying for admission, the applicant confirms acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and all policies, notices and academic regulations published by the Academy from time to time.
  2. ADMISSION ELIGIBILITY
    Applicants must satisfy the eligibility requirements prescribed for the respective programme. Submission of application does not automatically guarantee admission, registration, examination participation or certification.
  3. STUDENT INFORMATION & DOCUMENTS
    Students must submit accurate and valid personal information and supporting documents during admission and academic processes. Any false, manipulated, incomplete, forged or misleading information may result in rejection or cancellation of admission without prior notice.
  4. CANCELLATION OF ADMISSION
    The Academy reserves the right to cancel admission, suspend participation or restrict services where:
    • Incorrect information is submitted
    • Required documents are not provided
    • Academic misconduct occurs
    • Institutional rules are violated
    • Fees remain unpaid beyond permitted limits

In such cases, previously paid fees may not be refundable unless otherwise declared in writing.

  1. COURSE UNDERSTANDING & CONSENT
    Students must ensure that they understand the course structure, syllabus, duration, fee structure, certification process, examination requirements and expected outcomes before enrollment. Admission shall be considered voluntary acceptance of the academic programme.
  2. FEES, PAYMENT & DUES
    Students agree to pay applicable admission fees, registration fees, monthly fees, examination fees and any other approved academic charges within prescribed deadlines.

Failure to clear dues may affect access to academic services including but not limited to:
• Classes
• Examination processing
• Academic records
• Certificates
• Identity cards
• Other institutional facilities

  1. REFUND POLICY
    Unless specifically approved by the Academy in writing, admission and administrative fees are generally non-refundable after successful enrollment or processing.
  2. ATTENDANCE & PARTICIPATION
    Students are encouraged to attend classes regularly and actively participate in practical and academic activities. Completion of course duration alone does not guarantee skill acquisition, certification or employment outcomes.
  3. CERTIFICATION POLICY
    Certification shall remain subject to applicable academic requirements including attendance, assessment, examination, fee clearance and institutional procedures.

Certificate format, issuing authority, certification process, academic session, programme structure and institutional arrangements may change from time to time.

  1. NO GUARANTEE OF EMPLOYMENT
    Participation in any programme does not guarantee employment, government appointment, private placement, contract opportunity, license, seal issuance, professional registration or income generation.
  2. PRACTICAL & DIGITAL LEARNING DISCLAIMER
    Practical exposure, field activities, software training, digital drafting, AutoCAD or related academic components may vary depending on programme requirements, branch operations, available facilities, trainers and session arrangeme

  • STUDENT CONDUCT
    Students shall maintain discipline and professional behaviour inside classrooms, practical sessions, online platforms and institutional activities.
  • The Academy may take disciplinary action where required.

      All content including text, logos, images, graphics, designs, videos, documents and educational materials published on this website remain intellectual property of the Academy unless otherwise stated.

    Unauthorized copying, reproduction or commercial use is prohibited.

    1. COMMUNICATION CONSENT
      Students consent to receive notices, updates and admission-related communication through calls, SMS, WhatsApp, email, website notices and official communication channels.
    2. DATA & PRIVACY
      Information submitted through forms may be used for admission processing, academic administration, student support and institutional communication in accordance with applicable policies.
    3. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
      The Academy shall not be responsible for personal decisions, business outcomes, external opportunities, independent professional activities or indirect losses arising from course participation.
